DeliveryWe delivery our products to all parts of Australia. We use the courier company FastWay Couriers www.fastwaycouriers.com.au and Australian Post www.auspost.com.au . Fastway Couriers will deliver to main cities and towns. Where the couriers can not deliver to we will use Australian Post.
Fastway Couriers
Once your payment has been received a receipt will be sent out with a track and trace number. This number can be entered in the track and trace box on the home page of Fastway Courier's website.
Australian Post
Once payment has been received you will receive a receipt letting you know that your area was outside of the courier destination and your order has been sent inside a 3kg pre-paid Australian Post bag. Register post will be added to ensure it reaches you.
International Post
Our products Reward Charts are the only product we sell and deliver overseas. They will be delivered using the Registered Post International Letter through Australian Post www.auspost.com.au/internationalpost/products/rpi/

No intensive learning involved
There isn't a lot of intensive learning to get started. All of the suggestions and advice are centred around making it as easy as possible for you and your child. Of course that doesn't mean no work. Ask any parent who has already completed potty training and they will agree!
